An odd one, but worth making a note, if all you have is an Android mobile to help you out of a tricky spot:

Google advises Android users to be careful of Microsoft Teams if they want to call 911

https://www.theregister.com/2021/12/09/android_911_teams/

Fix to come in January, allegedly. Not sure if it affects 999 or 112, and whilst a test call made by a telecoms engineer monthly from a company switchboard (do switchboards still exist?) to the 999 Emergency number is acceptable, I doubt a test call from a mobile would be, if everyone tried it...😬

Good find @pgn

Thankfully I am logged into Teams on my work phone, but let's hope I don't need to call 911...
