HOW MANY TIIMES DOES IT TAKE TO CANCEL A DAM CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY...... NOT EVEN GOT THE PHONE FROM THEM AS THEY WERE SENT BACK YET THEY STILL WANT TO CHARGE ME EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE CONFIRMED THEY HAVE RECIEVED THE PHONES BACK

If you have received written confirmation that your contract has been cancelled, and O2 have received the phone back, then there is nothing to be concerned about. Refunds are never immediate. They can sometimes take up to 14 days.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
