I live in a residential area and have been with O2 for donkeys years. Back in January I took out 3 contracts with Three for the family to check what coverage was like. All three of them think it's great except for in our house! That's now been sorted by receiving one of their Home Signal boxes FREE.
My O2 signal in the house is pretty 'flaky' and jumps about from 4 bars to no service even when sitting down. Whilst i'm sure the O2 Boost Box would sort this out why would anyone want to pay £150 when Three provide the same solution FREE.
So fed up I have just pre ordered an iphone 5 from Three and saved £10 a month for a comparable deal on my old contract! Hoping its a 'win win' for me and a former loyal O2 customer is now signing off. £150 to get a proper service lol.
