Bolt on

Anonymous
Not applicable
Just got the O2 app and have discovered my monthly Tariff of £32 includes a £6 bolt on which I know I never purchased or asked for!! I always understood my total tariff to be £32 and the bolt on is for calls! I don't use my phone for calls I'm a texter. Have I been mis sold a bolt on and could I have been saving £6 a month for 24 months? Any thoughts?

If you've been paying it for the last 2 years without checking what you were paying for you've kinda not got much in the way of options available to you I'm afraid.
