The Apple Watch will range from £260 to over £10,000 depending on the materials used for the construction. I for one, as some people might know like to or would like to own expensive watches which are a worthy investments.

There's been a kerfuffle on G+ about it and I noticed some random insanity quotes in the Cult of Mac groupee section. If someone earns enough money to buy such luxury then fair enough although Joe Bloggs in the street shouldn't even consider getting themselves in debt for such a little reward if you ask me.

OK lets put it another way, would you pay £1,000 for an Android smartwatch with steel bracelet, sapphire crystal glass and full functionality in line with your Google account. Or would your life feel complete if you had a 18 ct. gold solid bracelet and no other benefits than the usual Apple Watch? I would feel cheated for one although I would buy one and bid it up for a higher price if I thought if was a wise investment.

Thoughts? Analogies? Conspiracies? Pringles?

It's an outrageously ridiculous price for something that will do nothing different to a £100 pebble watch and in many cases the pebble will be a better proposition.
However, the old saying about "a fool and his money", will no doubt ring true again.

The premise of my post was nit to ridicule Apple or its' consumers rather to ask whether your honest opinion of, the value and personal worth from buying sonething so lavish.

Everybody buys brands based on a personal opinion of worth and satisfaction. Not because they are expensive or otherwise cheap.

My response to this post is and this is my own honest opinion. I purchased in my opinion an expensive watch over xmas for myself it was a michael Kors watch cost me £200 odd. As soon as I heard about the apple watch I was already sucked in and is just from being a young consumer I want the here and now I want was is brand new and cool. So for people like me indeed I'm a marketers dream
