17.3% Price Increase from April

I understand inflation is high, costs are increasing. I’m not against mid year price increases. I would have been content if the increases were in line with competitors. 

 

But 17.3% is pure greed, in a cost of living crisis as well. In 2 years, my monthly bill will have increased by 30%! And that’s not getting into the decline in quality of service.

O2 have always taken the higher of the two inflation figures as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

I took out a 12 month contract on 1st of April via a comparison site. One year on I shall see what is on offer via such sites again. If O2 I will take out another 12 month contract and migrate my number across. If not I will PAC out.

I've done that 5 years on the run and now have twice the data for £2 less than I was paying in 2018

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
