hi can someone plz help me i received a txt from o2 guru saying if i top up before 30.03.13 i would receive £10 extra credit i did this and still have not received the credit

It's a 'virtual' credit which doesn't actually appear on the phone but is used before your normal allowance is used.

I received a text the other day from 02 saying if i topped up by £50 I would get £4 extra credit, yes four whole pounds !

My tariff is £17.50 so why on earth would I top up by another £32.50 !

Virtual credit is useless to me who's tariff covers my monthly usage !

Not sure how many people would want to top up by £50 at all. The offer seems to bear no ratio to some others.

Unless you are a heavy user & don't have any special tariff or bolt ons, its highly unlikely that you would even have £50 to top up with
