I have been with o2 for about 5 years with 3 contracts and in the last year they have been absolutely ******, unprofessional, rude, complete incompetent, staff that hang up on you if they don't understand you after you waiting 30 mins to get through to some ****** who you cannot even understand but you try for them to hang up on you.Trying to take rediculos amounts of money out of my account and then saying thay don't no why, apologies and then cut me off, and this was a monthly event for me so now I have a year left but they can stick it up there ******ing million miles away call centre,many thanks, Mr well ******ed off Shearsby.

I'm sure you are obviously annoyed @Anonymous...but if you are querying your bill O2 CS is the only way to go
