Will OR does 02 have a signal booster? I moved house not long ago and dont have a signal and have to travel about 2 miles before i get a signal but i was wondering if 02 have some kind of signal booster like the 1 that vodafone have that plugs into the router of the persons house?
I think it would be a great idea for them to have as i like 02 and wouldnt want to leave.

Thanks in advance folks

Boost box is not an amplifier of week signals nor dose it use wifi.

The boost box is known as a femtocell (small cell site) that uses your broadband connection to connect back to o2 servers and the main network.

Yes it is frustrating only available to o2 business customers but some on here are having issues with its connectivity at present (as do vodafones sure signal same tech).

The problem with TuGo is that it requires a landline with a broadband speed of >1mbps. Which I don't have . I am about to pay for broadband via satellite but this still wont run TuGo. Why wont o2 sell boosters!!!!!!!!!!!

They tested them for some years and decided they aren't up to the job.

You must be in a very isolated area, hopefully the network upgrades will improve the service for you.
