Hi everyone.
Just wondering if anyone's encountered this problem with the o2 app?
Following the most recent update (had to re-sign in using my email), I was going to advance pay the bills for both my devices this morning, but upon tapping 'make a payment' I got a message in the screen saying that the page I was going to wasn't secure, and that I shouldn't enter any secure data as attackers might be trying to steal my information.
I immediately went back to the home screen, but when I now press 'make a payment' that message doesn't appear. Not sure of what to do now, and also worried about what if the entire payment area of o2 isn't secure.

I have just done the same using IOS 26.3 and dont get the certificate warning, and nor do I on the website direct.
I would recommend clearing the cache and all files related to the app, then reboot the phone and reinstall the app, as it sounds like your phone couldnt trust the cert.
What phone are you using?

I'm using a Samsung Tab S9 Ultra, but have also got a S23 Ultra. Both have got the o2 app which allows me to see both devices tariffs.
I regularly clear the cache and all files, and the warning message is now gone. Last time I reinstalled the app I had a hard time getting it to work again, as my "details" weren't recognised, and it was showing only one tariff on each device, tablet on phone, and phone on tablet.
