incorrect name on Invoice

I have a contract with O2 related to McAfee Multi Access, which charges me £3.00 per month plus VAT.

It was originally done in the name of Hellings Associates Limited and I receive Invoices monthly, addressed to that Company, FAO Geoffrey Hellings.

My phone bills do not mention the company.

Hellings Associates Limited no longer exists - how can we change to invoice to delete the Company name ?.
