When I goto https://accounts.o2.co.uk/business and My account I get :

Problem Logging In
We can’t log you in because of an authentication error. For help, contact your Salesforce administrator.

In that case contact your Enterprise or Business Account Manager / Customer Services, as this isnt customer services and there is nothing anyone on here can do to assist you and there is no o2 support on this customer to customer community.
