wifi and mobile data

hi

i am connected to wifi constantly

but been checking my data allowance on my phone (my o2 app) and noticed even tho i am connected to wifi i am still using mobile data?

could someone explain why this is happening

rubbed the screen with my thumb and half of the black line is gone but i can still see it

its tiny so hopefully i won't get laughed at ha

will i need a receipt or something?

its on contract but my mom has the paperwork (she can post to me)

They will check the imei number against there database so a receipt is not normally required.
