If you want to upgrade then you can do so on-line, or if you prefer to talk to someone either over the phone or in a store.
Please be aware that there are some delays in getting through to customer services on the phone currently, and in store you should be able to walk away with your new device (so long as they have stock).

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
