Hi i recieved a Txt referanc an upgrade, i opted to be called today from 13.00-17.00, no call!, so i went online and looked up my options, i still have £100 to pay off my ipone 6 or wait until November, so thought about it and decided to pay the £100 now and upgrade, but im being  told my code is full/used up? i have a DDS Card but i dont see anywhere to prove that, as in asking for a card number.

You need to call and speak to an agent on 202 from your phone.
