trying to contact for cancelling order

Hi,

 

I just place an order for Iphone 13 Pro but I did a mistake and I didn't realize is not the Pro Max. Can I actually speak with someone to cancel the order and after I can make another one ?

 

I'm trying to call to costumer service but it's impossible. No one answear.

They aim to answer within 24 hours or just call them on the number I gave you above.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
