Hi there,i made a contract with you before 9 months.The contract i 36 paunds per month and pay 100 paunds for iphone 5.Before 2 days someone stolen my iphone.I blocked the phone and the sim.I take a reference from the police,but i don`t have insurance.So i am asking can i take another iphone 5 or can i stop the contract and make a new one.Or whitch are my opition in this case

The retail value of an iPhone 5 16gb is just over £500 ,so you cannot expect a business just to issue out another unit because of your loss ,without insurance.

I hope you sort yourself out a replacement and recover you let treasured pictures and video.

You can pick up a cheap android or Windows phone for under £100 of you want to use a smartphone or a simple phone for £20 or less so you can keep your contract.
You would have had to pay an excess even if you had insurance which IIRC for an iPhone is £75 which is nearly the cost of a cheap smartphone.
