problems with phone after transferring number

i am after some advice please. i have recently acquired an iphone 5 and transferred my old number over from vodafone. the number transferred 2 days ago and i am having problems receiving phone calls and texts. i get phone calls from some people but not others and texts from some and not others. the people who cannot get hold of me have the message saying,"you have dialled an incorect number" which they havent. i have rebooted the phone, taking the sim card out and put it in again. I am able to text and phone. i have contacted apple who said that my mobile provider need to "reprovision the account on their system"

help !

It will be too late to do anything about it tonight, but call Customer Services on 202 from your mobile in the morning and explain your problem to them. Don't try to do this through Live Chat. It's unlikely that they would be able to help.
