It would be easier for us if you could list what you have tried/done so far.... We can then see if you have missed anything.
We also need to know if you are on contract or PAYG and if on contract do you have an iPhone data tariff?

Hi,
Go into ;
Settings > Messages > MMS Messaging = Ensure its toggled to on.
Make sure your internet connection is turned on in your phone which is needed to send and recieve MMS Messaging although it does not use data.
