iwatch setup problem - error 112

Hello team,

 

I have problem setting up cellular plan with my iwatch (series 4) and iphone is xs. One of O2 colleague activated Wifi calling for me, I have toggled the tag to ON position, I can see the login page, but after login, it shows below message: -

 

"Oops, something went wrong. Try again and if the problem continues call 202 for free from your O2 mobile, quoting reference code 112"

 

Tried online chat with agent, no hope.  Would anyone be able to give me any helping hand please.  Thank you very much.

Neither of those advisors are on duty at the moment

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
