Can a iPhone 4 in the UK text an iPhone 4 in the USA for free?? Help.

If you mean a uk iphone in the usa then yes to send it to the usa and recieve it in the usa is free as an sms but not free to reply for the phone in the usa. If a usa network iphone it will cost you to send and maybe the usa handset to receive

But if both on wifi and imessages used free no mater what country or network.
