iPhone 7

So...has the iPhone 7 been announced or hinted at yet?

I have had almost every iphone but not the 5/6 and currently have a Lumia 1020 but thinking I may go back to Apple when February comes as that is when I can upgrade without paying anything (I was forced on to 02 refresh)

The reason for moving bsvk to Apple from Nokia is because of updating, it is a lot more annoying and buggy compared to that of Apple.

Always do the research. Two years is a long time to be tied in if you aren't happy......

It's not just being unhappy with the device it's mainly the Customer Service staff are rude and the network itself is rubbish.

O2 website claims we should have 3G and tbh, you're lucky to get any signal at all. There's been times where I have had nothing for days then all of a sudden I get about 20 sms' lol.

I didn't get much of a choice.

I had to either sign up to refresh as apparently this is the only contracts they do if I wanted a new handset or move networks.

You could have avoided Refresh by upgrading with CPW.

O2 only do refresh if you want a contract and a new handset. Independents give you the choice.

The thing is the Refresh tariff is a must for some...and only available from O2. Some see it as a deal breaker against other suppliers

Yes, I wouldn't shop there either. They do sell unlocked handsets, but with one notable exception being the iPhone:

They may be cheaper than other retailers, but I've had problems with them in the past, and found them a difficult company to deal with. I certainly wouldn't buy an iPhone from them, that's for sure.
