iPhone 7 plus dispatch

Hi I ordered a iPhone 7 plus on contract and I haven't heard anything, they haven't emailed me with what's going to happen, when will it get dispatched?

As soon as they get stock in they will send it.
You won't get any info until dispatch.

I'm afraid hundreds of others are having or have had the same problem. You can call customer service but it's 100% certain they have no stock.

Received the first communication since 25 September just letting me know they will not have stock on 30 November as was promised! Now they say 12 December!! Very conveniently (to o2) a day after another bill charging me yet another payment for the old phone. This is now the third payment which should have gone already on the new handset. The Refresh contract is a scam. All those promises "UPGRADE ON US"..... none of it true!

Having the very same problem.

My main concern is that my refresh cycle will now begin when I receive the handset and not from when i placed my order. (My cycle begins in early october-so times well for the iphone refresh cycle)

Can anyone confirm if this is the case - if so this is a scam. o2 with its false advertising.
