As previously mentioned, I ordered a 64GB SG iPhone 6 on 18/09/14 and am still waiting!
I just had the following convo with LC:
O2 : Glenn: Hello, it's O2 : Glenn here. What can I do for you?
Jamie Cann: i was just asking your colleague if you have had an order of iphones in today?
O2 : Glenn: I'll check and help you with it.
O2 : Glenn: To be honest, the current status of the order is out of stock. We're receiving orders on weekly basis and hence you'll get the order in this week.
Jamie Cann: i'll receive my phone this week?
O2 : Glenn: I'll forward the details to concerned team to dispatch the order at the earliest.
O2 : Glenn: Yes.
O2 : Glenn: Please allow me few minutes to process the request.
O2 : Glenn: I appreciate your patience, support & understanding.
Jamie Cann: is that a certainty that i will receive my phone before the weekend??
O2 : Glenn: Yes, as the order was placed on 18/09/2014.
Jamie Cann: The reason i am doubtful is that i have been told on numerous occasions that the phone will be delivered only to be told at a later date that there is a further delay
O2 : Glenn: I understand and I also see that you contacted us for 7-8 times about the same issue.
Jamie Cann: yes that is correct. It becomes very frustrating once you have paid out almost £300 nearly a month ago and you still dont receive your item.
Jamie Cann: However, i am very glad that i will definitely receive my phone this week!
O2 : Glenn: I'm sorry for the hassle. Please accept my apologizes.
O2 : Glenn: I've forward the details and the back end team will dispatch the order at the earliest. Also, you'll get an email confirmation once the order is dispatched.
O2 : Glenn: Thank you for your support.
O2 : Glenn: One more thing.
Jamie Cann: ok but you are guaranteeing me that this will be this week>?
O2 : Glenn: Yes
O2 : Glenn: you'll get the refund credit for the airtime plan as the order is delayed by more than 8 days.
O2 : Glenn: The refund credit will be calculated in the first bill after dispatch.
Jamie Cann: ok well i truly hope what you are telling me is correct and that i will receive my phone this week.
Does anyone want to bet that this never actually happens!?!?!

just been on the phone to a lovely lady from CS
she said that complaints from CS are being put through to manager due to agents on LC giving false information and estimated delivery time scales, and to not listen to them AT ALL.
CS on their system gets a number under your account when your phone is being put on the van or for that matter physically being handled with to be put out. Apple are limiting the stock they get and only deliver batch of one model and color, therefore she said people waiting for iphones since september are delayed due to apple not supplying them that specific handset/size/color and not o2's fault.
nothing weve not heard before but i appriciated the time she took to actually explain the whole situation which calmed me down =]

if you read back the previous 400 pages you will see that many have indeed got their new phones....but most people have not.....
Others have just given up and gone to CPW...and walked out with a phone the same day...

Ordered SG 64gb 19/09.
Unsurprisingly, LC's promise that my order would be sent out on Friday was a load of rubbish. Spoke to CS today and she said they'd had a delivery but as my order was still showing as out of stock, I wasn't high enough on the list to have been allocated a phone (she didn't know where on the list I am).
She also said that if I was able to find a phone in an O2 shop(!) then I would be able to process my upgrade with the same terms and my back-order would instantly be cancelled. Chances of me going out on an iphone treasure hunt in the rain are pretty tiny, but maybe ask me again on friday...
