Just spoken to online chat and have been told by CS that my 128gb 6+ SG ordered 26/9, is being delivered tomorrow. Order is still showing as in progress and I don't have a tracking code email. Am I right to be sceptical about this?

I ordered my space grey 64gb 6 on 24th sep and have heard nothing since.
Has anyone received their loyalty payment for having to wait longer than 7 days?
I know I haven't waited long but really just want to receive it now. It said up 14 days when i ordered and now says 4-6 weeks so hope it's not that long.
