iPhone 6- PreOrder

Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

Further to reading that someone had been told people were being put to the back of the queue after the LC staff were re-submitting their orders - I complained to CS about this. Spoke to a nice lady called Kerry who checked and later sent me the following text:

"The query you raised is not true. The handset is still back dated to day you ordered".

So who knows what the truth is. Thats the problem with being an o2 customer - You never know what to believe.

I wasn't actually talking about ordering instore...I was just referring to posts made by people who have taken a trip to town...walked round and picked up a phone off the shelves (O2 shops and CPW are the places mentioned)...

I wonder if they were the standard 16GB model. When I phoned O2 last week about the order they said the demand for the 64GB version was higher than expected. Again don't know if that's just more BS to get me off the phone.

Not sure on all of them...I do know one got a 64GB and another the128GB...

Either way I agree with you all on here that the pre-ordering system is a bit of a failure...when people can walk into a store now and get them?....:smileysad:

I was told by CS last night that no action taken on your account bar cancellation, will change your place in the queue. CS receive an email at 5:00pm every day giving details of stock being received for the next day. I was told they have no prior notification bar this, so it simply isn't possible for anyone to advise a delivery date as O2 themselves have no idea.

Not if you read their customer forums...

It's true. Vodafone customers have the a similar forum going as this one and they are in the same position as many of us. Personally I'm stuck as to what to do; wait it out or go to CPW.

Yesterday live chat told me the iPhone 6 plus space grey 128gb was in stock and I would have it within 48 hours. Just spoke to cs and they told me there is a 4 week wait from today. We've already waited 3 weeks.

Still finding it shocking that we are getting no official communication or even estimated dates of delivery, but then why would they I suppose when they are blatantly lying to us anyway.
