I'm not having any more problems than usual with TouchID (it doesn't seem to like my fingers!) but I do keep gettimg asked to verify my iCloud password and then get an error message telling me it's wrong.

Hi @Anonymous

If You look at apples write up for touch id it's supposed to learn your fingerprint over the course of it being used.

Well I'm not convinced but that's just me.

I opted to take 3 prints of my thumb which I use the most to unlock and that seems to help keep it true.

Just make sure when leaving a print you ensure all the corners of your print are recorded.

I've had no issue with keychain.

I do have issues sometimes with yahoo mail passwords not getting on with my mail app but that's documented that they clash with each other.

I've saved prints of both my thumbs, and index finger and my husband's finger.  It seems to be working ok at the moment and I think I may know what caused the problem (and please don't laugh!) - I soaked off my nails in acetone and my fingers ended up very dry with deep creases in them...

No laughing from me.

I've come across threads and help sections talking about different skin conditions affecting the function.

This was self inflicted though!
