i would like to make a block in my daughters mobil

how can i do at?

You will need to get hold of the handset and delete the apn from network settings, but it wouldn't stop her from resetting them.
To disable permanently you would have to call CS and ask them to disable data on her account http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

A bit like, say the tariff includes mins, txt and data it's all one package and you can't just remove one single element.
