Yes but I mean why are you activating the sim.
Is it a new contract, a sim swap, a number port etc?

@Anonymous What is it that you're actually trying to do? Is this a new number? Are you trying to swap your number onto a new sim? Have you tried turning your phone off and back on again? You need to clarify.
