Given up all hope of this ever being sorted just can't face another contact with O2 and being given conflicting info
this watch was supposed to assist me with mental health issues and make life easier but yours and hours later I just can't face any more dealings with O2. feel depressed by it at the moment . when I get to gather and take it up again Ill update.

well what can I say the power of this forum text just now watch plan activated amazing thank you so much this will change my life as I always loose my phone now I can just leave it plugged in and always be in contact thank you all again
