@Hotspot1

Do you have iData enabled on your account?

Hotspot won't work without it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Have you tried resetting your Laptops wifi adaptor and then switching off and on the Hotspot on the iPhone as well as rebooting both devices?

Yeah I’ve reset network connections on both my laptop and my phone.
I was hotspoting earlier and all of a sudden it lost connection and ever since then it won’t connect again.

Yeah reset and reboot both devices. I’ve never had this problem before, never had an issue with o2 or my phone so this is my first time experiencing this issue

I would have a look here as it will be a device issues rather than an o2 issue

If need be i would recommend reaching out to Apple Support

Does the laptop see the connection @Hotspot1 ?

Try changing it to an unmetered connection (or metered, depending on which setting it is on now).
