Hi, I switched over to a Esim yesterday but I can't get imessages or facetime to work, is it the sim or the phone? Has anyone else experienced this? I've switched it off and on again!

Thank you, the phone number is correct, I can't see an idata bolt on as an option to buy or on my bolt on's that I've already got on my phone.

Unfortunately you will have to contact customer service and if they ask what it is then insist they speak to someone who knows that idata is needed for facetime and imessage

wow that's 30mins I wont get back, still not fixed, he said i have the ibolt on, which considering it worked on my old phone yesterday I assumed it must have.  He didn't have an answer and told me to wait and see if it corrects itself ! since it's been 24 hours I'm not holding my breath.  I think i need to reset maybe?

@Jojo1479

Have you told the phone to use the esim for data?

Settings >Mobile Data and make sure esim is selected to use mobile data.
