Upgrade ?

I am wondering if you can verify if I am due an upgrade and how I go about getting it !

Check in your myo2

Upgrade their, by ringing O2 on 202 or by visiting an O2 HighStreet store.

You can upgrade in places such as Carphone warehouse too but they can't offer the refresh tariff.

You can also go to the shop pages https://www.o2.co.uk/shop choose your phone and then hit the "Upgrade" button to check if you are eligible and for any deals you may be entitled to.

In the myo2 upgrade options it will tell you how much you have to pay if you want to upgrade early, sometimes it gives you the option IF you are eligible to speed to refresh for £0.00 but also follow all of @MI5 advice

You can upgrade anytime  but there may be fees to pay. ...
