Unblocking iPhone

I have an old 3GS phone that I'd like my mum to use but I'm O2 and she's orange, can I unblock it? Thanks.

If you mean unlock it, then yes. You need to call Customer Services on 202 if Pay Monthly or 4445 if Pay & Go and they will give you the unlock code.
