Hi all - after several calls to 202 that have resulted in nothing more than attempts to re-send QR codes through the mail, I come to you in desperation(and more than a little frustration).
I'm in the same boat as so many others as evidenced in previous threads relating to this topic. When attempting to activate cell service on my watch, I'm receiving the Oops...reference code 14 etc. error. I understand that a remote e-sim reset may do the trick, but no-one from 202 appears to understand the issue I'm having, and certainly won't entertain a reset.
As a new customer to O2, and with the start I've had, I'm wondering if I've made a mistake...
I'd be grateful if someone could assist when they're able please.
Many thanks, Pete.
