Swap my sim - new SSN started with 0065517xxx not 894411

Anonymous
Not applicable

As per the subject, my new "nano sim" for the iPhone 5 has a totally different SSN to the one quoted on the swap my sim website.

When I try to enter the number on my sim I get this error:

Sorry, there's something wrong with the serial number you entered. Please re-enter your sim serial number.

Have o2 sent me an incompatible sim?

For future reference the nano sims aren't big enough to get the whole number on. You need 13 digits online so all O2 sims start 894411 then you add the remaining numbers from your sim.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
