As per the subject, my new "nano sim" for the iPhone 5 has a totally different SSN to the one quoted on the swap my sim website.
When I try to enter the number on my sim I get this error:
Sorry, there's something wrong with the serial number you entered. Please re-enter your sim serial number.
Have o2 sent me an incompatible sim?

Try texting SWAP to 20220.
Others have reported problems doing it online. You normally have to put the number in but I believeyou have to drop one of the zeros.
Texting is easier or call customer service.

Giving it a go, but first two attempts testing that number are showing up as "not delivered".
