Sim swap

I’ve smashed my phone and now want to use my spare iPhone but To swap my sim I need to get a code sent to my old phone but I can’t read the message due the the cracked screen. What do I do?

Why do you need to swap your sim @Anonymous?
Can you not just put the sim in your old phone?

Maybe a different size sim at a guess @gmarkj? Just guessing though....

Quite possibly, but it may be they didn't realise they could use the sim in multiple phones or just swap it over...

True @gmarkj. I am speaking from experience of a family member.Slightly different though.. he didn't realise he could push out the sim to fit his new phone. I suppose it all depends on the phone and type of sim you have originally...:smileywink:

Yes, but unless it is a really old iPhone I thought they all used nano sims?

Just re-read the OP and realised that actually they don't say what the old/smashed phone was - again making an assumption...
