Solved: Scratched Screen

Hi I bought a contract out just little over a month ago with o2. Bought the IPhone 11 Pro Max and got a case straight away which covers everything including screen. I’ve went to clean the phone the other day as I noticed a mark. Took it out the cover and it’s 2 scratches that you can feel. Very noticeable when playing on phone. Any ideas what to do? Thank you.

With no way of proving when or how the screen was scratched, all you can do is fit a screen protector to cover them, or else pay to have a new screen fitted.
