Retrieving deleted SMS messages

Hi

Does anyone know whether it's possible to retrieve deleted text messages from an iphone 4?  I haven't synched since they were deleted. I think its probably not possible but any comments would be appreciated. Look forward to hearing .......

My music has disappeared, Facebook - which presumably I can reinstall - but most importantly of all "Keeper" which could easily cause me a real problem!!!  I don't understand why this has happened but presumably when I sync again it will be reinstated - fingers firmly crossed!!!  Any thoughts on this?

Facebook you can reinstall easily, music, you can sync again & it will appear on your phone. What app is keeper?

I've sorted it!!!  I went into Ap Store and it shows all the various Aps I'd installed and deleted so I found all the ones that went missing and reinstalled them including Keeper. Keeper by the way is an Ap which stores all your various passwords etc., securely.  I'm a happy bunny    You've been really helpful Stuart - thanks!

I dunno if you've sorted this problem by now but a nice little product from enigma recovery can definitely recover all deleted messages from iphone 4 just google them. it worked for me with no hassles. hope this helps
