Proof of Ownership

My partner lost his phone yesterday and needs a Proof of Ownership to claim on my bank insurance - how do I get hold of one of these please?

Either phone customer service or he can look at recent orders in MyO2.

From what I've read O2 will e mail this to you if purchased from them by ringing O2 on 202.

This is the killer question. I got one of Ebay and they wouldn't accept the print out as postage 😞

I bought mine sim free and have the receipt so should be ok but I can see how many could come unstuck

Apple e mail me the receipt while I'm actually in store buying. A copy in my e mail inbox and also in Dropbox.

If you got it from Apple go in store and give them a rough dates and they will print it off. They did this with my girlfriends iPad
