Price match?

I was wondering if o2 price matches to match the deals I have found with othe networks who are cheaper for same handset and deal

No chance I'm afraid.

O2 also offer Refresh. They feel they have no need to price match with that tariff...

Best you can hope for is a discount if you call 202 and choose the option to leave. You may get an offer from Retentions. 

I am not lazy, I am on energy saving mode.
