Hi, I have recently moved into a new house. I get really poor signal throughout the house.
Do O2 offer signal boosters, or is there any other ways to increase signal?
Thanks

You could try the Tugo App if you have a wifi connection available http://www.o2.co.uk/tugo/want-it
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

O2 signal boosters are for business use only, for the rest of us there's TuGo if you have home wi-fi:

Hi,

Alternatives such as WhatsApp or Viber may help.

Take out your sim and give it a clean to remove static build up.

What does your service status say ; http://status.o2.co.uk/

If your not locked into a contract or on Payg then check out other Mobile Networks by using their pay as you go sim cards if your phones unlocked, to see what their signal is like where you live, work and commute.

If your handsets locked then request the unlock : https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help?qid=1&q1=2&route=unlocking&case=Handset%20Unlocking%20Form

Free to Contract Customers and £15 to payg Customers {T&C Apply.}
