Has anyone actually received the 32gb gold? I ordered mine on the 20th. No messages from o2 since initial confirmation - I think it is appalling they don't even communicate at all. just complete silence . I finally snapped and called them today but the person was clueless and had no information of any possible delivery. - whilst they are earning interest on the money they took from us. This treatment after 10 years of loyalty.

I ordered the same, 32GB Gold worst decision ever as 16GB have already been disatched and it looks like Gold was like fairy dust, no calls, no emails, no communication from O2, am i discusted as a 12yr O2 veteran - u bet i am, but O2 never change! I ordered mine at 0820 last friday!!

If any of you can justify it, I would cancel any 16GB/32GB orders and go for 64GB.
Not only will you likely ge it faster, the extra space is a godsend. Apps are becoming bigger, higher res photos, 1080p video etc etc...soon adds up.

After 7 elapsed days after complaining about my damaged 5S, around 6 hour of my time ncluding a 60 mile round trip, and the intervention of the social media team, I know have my hands on an undamaged phone!
I'm glad that's all over.
