So I ordered at 7:45 this morning a slate grey 64gb 5s and the order is still showing as "In Progress"

 

I guess a little patience is in order...

Good news.. I upgraded via 02 refresh, 9.15am, completed automated emailed back accepted 9.30am... Ordered silver 64 iPhone 5s. Got email this afternoon saying its on route tomo morn!!

Has anyone actually received the 32gb gold? I ordered mine on the 20th. No messages from o2 since initial confirmation - I think  it is appalling they don't even communicate at all. just complete silence . I finally snapped and called them today but the person was clueless and had no information of any possible delivery. - whilst they are earning interest on the money they took from us. This treatment after 10 years of loyalty.

Hello all. I've not heard anything about my iPhone 5s 32gb gold either. I ordered online on 20th. I've had 3 identical emails saying 'Your order is being processed and will be despatched shortly'. How short is shortly?

My 16gb gold came this morning just as I was leaving for work! Luckily it's manage to survive the courier but I haven't had chance to activate it yet.

Hope you all get yours soon especially those who have had theirs delivered broken 😞

I ordered the same, 32GB Gold  worst decision ever as 16GB have already been disatched and it looks like Gold was like fairy dust, no calls, no emails, no communication from O2, am i discusted as a 12yr O2 veteran - u bet i am, but O2 never change! I ordered mine at 0820 last friday!!

If any of you can justify it, I would cancel any 16GB/32GB orders and go for 64GB. 

 

Not only will you likely ge it faster, the extra space is a godsend.  Apps are becoming bigger, higher res photos, 1080p video etc etc...soon adds up.

Hi all,

Just thought I would put my update on here, as I have been reading this, eager to find out if anyone had been receiving their phones, and it seems that no one has been getting the golds, only the black and silver, like someone mentioned earlier, they seem to be like (excuse the pun...GOLD DUST)

Anyway, I have had my text confirmation about an hour ago from UK MAIL stating that it will be delivered to me between 10:00-14:00 on MONDAY whoop whoop. I have just double checked by logging into my O2 account and tracked the parcel and it defo states that it's been collected and out for delivery, and stipulates my address too.

Just for the record I ordered

64GB gold (paid £119 for it)
Friday 20th @ 11:40
Upgraded on line to refresh tariff

So it seems that may be dishing the golds out now perhaps.

After 7 elapsed days after complaining about my damaged 5S, around 6 hour of my time ncluding a 60 mile round trip, and the intervention of the social media team, I know have my hands on an undamaged phone!

 

I'm glad that's all over.
