So I ordered at 7:45 this morning a slate grey 64gb 5s and the order is still showing as "In Progress"

 

I guess a little patience is in order...

In store order collected, just setting it up and waiting for all my apps etc. to go on to the phone.  Sim swap was done in store and had happened before the sim was even popped into my existing phone.

 

My original case fits perfectly so no additional expense for that.

So do the iphone 5 cases and screen protectors fit the 5s?
I wasn't expecting to get it so early so I had planned on ordering some off Amazon but now it will be a quick trip to the supermarket and I can't imagine they will do many if any

my clear Gear 4 case does, the silent switch and volume up and down are in the same spot as on the 5. The camera flash is bigger than on the 5 and the bottom of it is lower than on the 5, its approx. 2 mm up from the base of the black band at the top of the phone back. Phone depth is identical.

Front is identical, indeed if you have the grey 5S looking straight at the screen the only difference is the shape of the on button.

So I guess the screen protectors will also fit. I didn't bother with one on my 5 and there are no marks on the screen.

I've had that same email as well now. Sounds like we're both going through the replacement process at around the same time. I hope it'll arrive soon - tomorrow it'll be a week since I ordered for next day delivery.

Hey,

 

Ordered my iPhone 5S 32GB Space Gray last night at 8.30pm and it is being delivered tomorrow.

 

I noticed today that my account has been changed to the new tariff and my contract renewal date is now April 2017! It was originally April 2015 and I paid the contract off using Fast Track to Refresh but it appears to have added 24 months onto this. Could this be correct?

O2 don't do 4 year contracts (and you'd be insane to take one if they did) so no, it isn't correct. You need to call Customer Services on 202 from your mobile and get them to sort out the glitch.

I've just had a text message with the tracking details for my replacement, which should be delivered tomorrow. I won't be in unfortunately, but at least it just leaves a round trip of 60 miles to collect it from the courier company and then I should have my hands on a working phone!
