Hi all. Placed my order via chat and confirmed process online at 10am on 20th. Received text this afternoon stating delivery tomorrow. I ordered 32gb gold on 4g and this was an upgrade. We'll see what happens tomorrow.
My 32GB Gold is on thee way one happy customer...however something bothers me. I spoke to someone in o2 chat who said they are having a look at my order and told me my iphone 5s is out of stock. He then said it will be delivered within 3 - 6 weeks. An hour later i get a message from o2 and email saying my iphone is been shipped out and has been collected by the courier. Now in normal circumstances i would not of been bothered but the fact is i contacted him while at work in case of it coming soon like tomorrow so i can plan to be in to collect it. Because he told me it was out of stock i told my employers ill be in the morning which now turns out is when my iphone is due.
Ordered it 21st about 3pm. Spoke to advisor been told it has been sent for the fulfilment and should receive an email 24 hours and receive handset in 3-5 working days.
