No service

I recently got an iPhone 5c, and got a new sim. My phone was working perfectly until the carrier said it had an update, my carrier is on 18.0 right now. Ever since I updated the carrier the phone has had no bars and sometimes no service. I've tried multiple sim cards and restore, I've also tried all the little quick fixes like airplane mode, and no automatic carrier, and still no luck.

Do a full restore with iTunes and if still no good, contact Apple to get phone checked.
Also check for network issues here http://status.o2.co.uk/

Just checked and the latest looks like 18.1 so check for updates to your carrier settings.

I'm currently restoring my device, when finished. I'll update the carrier, but before i restored it I checked for carrier updates and there was none.

Unfortunately, the iTunes restore did not work. I give up on this phone. And I also checked the carrier and it says 02 18.0. And no update is present, although I know that the carrier is currently 18.1 on my brothers iPhone 5c
