Pop into your local store & pick up a sim, ask them to do a sim swap for you which will transfer your number & tariff

Hi @Anonymous
Try taking the sim out and cleaning it gently. Put it back in and reboot the phone. See if that helps?
If not it may well be you need a new sim. You could pick one up from your local O2 store...

Easiest option is to change sim at your O2 store. If you still get problems have Apple run diagnostics.
