New contract and device

Hello!

 

I have recently upgraded my contract and ordered a new device.

Unfortunately the device was delivered to my old address and it displays that it was returned back to the O2.

I tried to call and get it sent to my current address, however nobody was helpful and members of customer support have repeatedly advised me to upgrade my contract again and order a new device.

 

Unfortunately, it  doesn't allow me to upgrade as the system shows that I have upgraded already.

Can please someone help? I tried to phone multiple times to get the phone which belongs to the contract I upgraded to but unsuccessfully....however they are still charging me as I had the device.
