I updated on Friday and now I also don't have the option to swich from 4G to 3G on my 6S. Annoying since where I work (Tower, London), the 4G connection is really poor and pages don't load, emails don't come through. I used to get round this problem by switching to 3G whenever I got to work.

I have a 6s Plus on iOS 10 Dev Preview 3. I have carrier O2 24.5.8
I have Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Enable 4G.
No 2G/3G/4G toggles.
In the setting above, I have it set to Data Only. If I try to select Voice and Data I get a message to contact O2 to enable it. I tried contacting them and they kept trying to give me instructions on how to enable Visual Voicemail
Should I be able to enable Voice and Data ?
